ETV-ERŐTERV Co.'s staff number is stable and free from fluctuation and it has been around 200 people in the last 5 years. Due to the interesting tasks and good office atmosphere, the employees remain loyal to the company in a very long term, at the same time there is always opportunity for natural rejuvenation because of the professional recognition of the company.

Approximately 65% of the employees have college or university degree, mainly technical degree, and there are several employees with 2 or more degrees among them.
