A significant number of ETV-ERŐTERV Co.’s clients are the subject of Act on Public Procurement (furthermore: Kbt). During the tender procedures according to the proceeding of Kbt., the tenderers have to justify credibly their proper legal status and their financial-economic and technical quality. According to the regulations of the Kbt., the Public Procurement Council provides an opportunity to the tenderers for justifying their above mentioned quality in a general way. By justifying this quality, the companies, that certified successfully their quality, will be entered to the ‘Qualified Tenderers’ Register’ by the Council and it will issue a certificate about it.

In addition to that the administration of certain public procurement procedures become simplified for the certificated company and its tender-callers, this document indicates satisfyingly the legal, financial-economic and technical reliability of the company for all partners of the certificated company

According to the article (1) of 13. § of Act CXXIX. of 2003 on public procurements, Public Procurement Council

justifies

that Energetic Engineering and Contractor Co. (headquarter: Angyal str. 1-3, Budapest, 1094. Hungary; postal address: P.O. Box 111, Budapest, 1450. Hungary)
was registered into the qualified tenderers’ official register kept by Public Procurement Council according to the order number T/3-39/212-3/2006 of the Council on 30th of January 2006.

It meets the qualification criteria of Public Procurement Council according to the followings: 

1. The conditions defined in item a)-d) and f) of article (1) of 60.§ of Act on Public Procurement (furthermore: Kbt.) and in item a)-e) of article (1) of 61.§ of Kbt. do not exist against the consignee of the certification. 
2. The consolidated profit of the consignee of the certification was not negative from 2003 to 2009. 
3. The consignee of the certification meets its obligations in time according to the announcement of all the banks keeping its bank accounts and there was no creditor waiting for payment of his invoice after due date one year before the sending of the request for recertification. 
4. The consignee of the certification is in possession of ISO 9001:2001 an ISO 14001:2005 type quality management system registered to its name. 
5. According to the presented references, the consignee of the certification was in possession of at least one fulfilment reaching the current national public procurement limit in every year from 2007 until 2009.
   

According to the above mentioned things, the classification of the consignee of the certification in the qualified tenderers’ official register:

Qualified tenderer

of architectural, engineering, implementation and related technical consulting services (71000000-8).

The certification can be used until 31st of August 2011.
